We will grow ... scientists

We will grow ... scientists

It is known that gifted children in sport  start  training   from 5 to 6 years  old and  then they're brought up to world-class athletes for 10-12 years. Singers begin their studies at the conservatories in the first year and this process takes 4 or 5 years.
But scientists are prepared only for two years (Masters) and without l initial professional training. Young scientists and masters should know and be able to not just go to work, but also carry out research competently and at a very high professional level, achieving significant results.
Traditional universities do not prepare highly qualified scientists, so there was an urgent need, in spite of difficult times, to create a special university for the cultivation of scientists.
Students will study at this university and master the theory, methods and means of scientific research. General theory, methods and tools of scientific research is supposed to study at our university in the "General Theory of Scientific Research" course (the theory of a scientific experiment).
Based on the general ideological thrust of improving higher education, training of masters of all disciplines is carried out from the first year of study at the University. Duration of training is at least six years. During the first four years of training the preparation of masters on fundamental subjects is realized, i.e. after four years at university students receive fundamental training of the young scholar-masters. The next two years are devoted to a profile (subject, applied) preparation according to the selected profiles of masters.

Students work the whole week, eight-hour a day, they also work at home and receive the necessary advice at the institute so that at the end of the week they complete their individual weekly assignments and show them for the teachers-employers. Their works can either be adopted or returned for completion. Groups will count up to 25 people, the streams are not provided. Each curator, teacher works with 12-15 students.

Students will work not for the sake of good marks. The successful establishment of the future scientist will be based on serious scientific papers - the results of research in relevant scientific magazines. The   articles on each subject only will confirm the corresponding level of the future master and allow the student to move to a new level, that is a new course.
Binding practice is the participation in scientific events to yield results among the students of the scientific institutions of the Pliushch League. The subjects are taught only on teaching materials developed by A.E. Kononiuk within the Concepts ("Concepts of science and improvement of higher education and the beginning of its implementation."). Nowadays more than twenty validated fundamental textbooks in the core disciplines are published; the same amount is prepared for printing, or in the process of testing.

Students will have probationary period at the   research institutes of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Only highly qualified   high school teachers (professors, associate professors, assistants) will train future masters. Since the current level of teachers competence in higher education does not comply with evolving science, after the selective screening our teachers are university lecturers and researchers from various organizations and institutions (or individuals) aged under 40 with a Ph.D. and, what is necessarily, working on their doctoral dissertations.

Our school, of course, provides jobs for its graduates. Could it be otherwise? Best Ukrainian young scientists, armed with not only knowledge but also effective scientific technique and methodology, with specific scientific developments, will be able to withstand the stiff competition not only within the limits of the Fatherland. For example, in the field of nanotechnology in Skolkovo (Russia), RUSNANO, etc.

An annual fee of 3000 euros is provided. In the first year, without necessary financial savings, the university provides education only on a fee basis. For the next academic year University will accept talented students from low-income families (40%) of the total number of students.

They say that the talented and gifted children are paid not enough attention. Just the contrary, the talented and gifted! Come forward! We ask the teachers, who have released this year special students who are inclined to the sciences, to send us information about them, and recommendations. Talent should not be wasted!
